Legally Binding Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the medical practice services and website operated by Dr Ales Aliashkevich (FRACS). By engaging our medical services or navigating this website, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable Victorian and Australian law.

Scope of Clinical Services

Surgical Specialisation

  • Cervical disc arthroplasty (single and multi-level)
  • Lumbar disc replacement and motion preservation
  • Complex hybrid procedures and revision surgeries
  • Second opinion assessments and expert case review

Consultation & Care Pathway

  • Preoperative radiological evaluations (MRI/CT)
  • In-person consultations across 11 Victorian locations
  • Structured 12-month postoperative rehabilitation care
  • Multidisciplinary spine surgery collaboration

Patient Responsibilities & Informed Consent

Accurate DisclosurePatients must provide complete medical history, previous surgical records, imaging disks, and medication lists.
Informed ConsentSurgical interventions require signed informed consent following comprehensive discussion of risks and alternatives.
Appointment Policies24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of specialist consultations.
Financial ConsentInformed financial consent regarding surgeon fees, anaesthetic fees, hospital costs, and gap fees is provided prior to surgery.

All clinical guides, anatomical diagrams, custom animations, and text on this website are protected under Australian and international copyright laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and any clinical services provided are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any proceedings shall be heard in the courts of Victoria or through AHPRA regulatory channels.
